Saying It Was Our Parts Lookup Team Giving Them The Wrong Part Number Over The
Phone. We Have No Choice But To Initiate a Email First Policy.

By using the email first policy we are going to be able to
1) Cut out a lot of unnecessary time consuming phone calls, by using email it
will cut the time spent on a parts lookup request from an average of a 10 minute
phone call down to 2 minute average it takes us for a email response.
2) Keep a record of all inbound and outbound emails for determining
responsibility of errors.
3) Less time on phone means better prices we can give our customers.
