Comet's New 103 HPQ (High Performance Quad)
The product featured is our new 103 HPQ performance clutch for Polaris ATV's. Extensive testing showed that the 103 HPQ provides up to a 25% enhancement due to a larger diameter pulley & a greater sheave angle than the OEM clutch provides. These differences result in a quicker engagement and better top end.

Comet Industries Pre-Calibrated Clutches

*NOTE - Polaris calibrations are general and may vary from original. It is permissible to use the original or new Polaris weights and spring. The most common Polaris 103HPQ clutch is the 218875 or our Item # MDI218875 which has comet 203473 (pink spring) and 214651 cam arms pre-installed for a RPM engagement of 2650. Comet does have some additional calibrations as listed.
Note (A) For our PSEP-A1PK we have installed comet 207689 cam arms instead of the 214651 cam arms pre-installed to reduce the RPM engagement to 2400 RPM'S as recommended by comet for best performance.
Note (B) For our PSEP-A54BK we have installed comet 204115 (Black Spring) instead of the 203473 (pink spring) pre-installed to increase the RPM engagement to 3400 RPM'S as recommended by comet for best performance.

NOTE-Comet clutches will disable engine braking system
