We have recently teamed up with 2 of the biggest electrical parts distributors in the country and have thousands of parts available to us that are not currently listed on this website. With the large volume of business we do with the distributors we receive the maximum discounts available to give our customers the best price available. You should receive a response from one of our parts look-up assistants within a hour of normal operating hours (except for Mondays, we receive hundreds of emails over the weekend so a reply may be delayed) When You Receive a Response From Us With Availability of A Part You Will Be Given A Toll Free Number For Convenient Ordering. If we feel you need to contact us by phone you will also be given a Toll Free Number to call for additional parts Lookup Assistance.

Unfortunately Due To The Increasing Number Of Customers Returning Products and Saying It Was Our Parts Lookup Team Giving Them The Wrong Part Number Over The Phone. We Have No Choice But To Initiate a Email First Policy.

Bu using the email first policy we are going to be able to
1) Cut out a lot of unnecessary time consuming phone calls, by using email it will cut the time spent on a parts lookup request from an average of a 10 minute phone call down to 2 minute average it takes us for a email response.
2) Keep a record of all inbound and outbound emails for determining responsibility of errors.
3) Less time on phone means better prices we can give our customers.
