Pat's Small Engine Plus does not offer warranty
on any item we sell. All warranties are given by the manufacturer of the
particular item and are subject to their policies. Some electrical items such as
modules, coils and other electrical components are tested prior to shipment and
may not be returned for warranty or credit if it is not in the Manufacturers
Warranty Policy. Pats Small Engine does not manufacture any part we sell; we
are just a dealer for our manufacturers. Shipping costs for returning a warranty
item are the buyers responsibility.
To Expedite Warranty claims the fastest way is to contact the
manufacturer of the Item for Warranty Instructions. If you need to send it back
to us for returning to the manufacturer we will first have to send it back to
the distributor. The distributor will then send it back to the manufacturer.
This exchanging of hands can take up to 6 weeks to process.
Warranty Returns will be taken in for Exchange only. No credit will be
given unless the customer purchased another replacement. If the customer wants
money back it will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.
-All orders returned MUST HAVE AN RA#(warranty return authorization number) and
a copy of the invoice. Items that are
returned without an RA# and a copy of the invoice will be handled at our discretion
and possibly refused and sent back to the customer.
Any item/s that are altered in any way will void warranty
and may not be returned for credit.
