Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Time

We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay. 

Most purchases leave our warehouse the Same Day when ordered before 12PM CST or the Next day when ordered after 12PM CST of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday after 12PM CST, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday. (Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.)

Some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may require longer shipping times.

If you live within the continental US you will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:

  • Orders up to $99.99 - $9.95 (Basic Economy Shipping)

  • Orders over $100 – Free Shipping (Basic Economy Shipping)

  • UPS Ground Orders up to $399.99 – $14.95

  • UPS Ground Orders Over $400 – Free

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - $44.95 (Excludes Engines, Short Blocks, Transaxles and Wheel Motors)

  • UPS Next Day Air - $69.95 (Excludes Engines, Short Blocks, Transaxles and Wheel Motors)

  • Commercial LTL Freight - Free (Engines Only)

  • Residential LTL Freight w/Liftgate (Engines Only)

If a package is not able to be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.


Engine Freight Policy

Commercial Freight: Our free freight shipping is for commercial addresses only (please use business name as shipping location at checkout). Any engine that needs to be delivered to a residential address: please Use Residential Freight w/Liftgate for the shipping Option. Commercial address has to be an actual commercial location and not a business run out of a house. Farms and any location with restricted Access, Country Clubs, Schools, Hospitals, Penitentiaries, etc. are not considered a Commercial Location. Please note that if you place an order online and have it shipped to a residential address and do not purchase the Residential Delivery Option, you will be notified by phone with options and this may delay your order up to 3 days.

Residential Freight w/Liftgate will be an Additional $150. This is for those that want an engine to be sent to their Residence or any other Delivery Location that has restricted access like Farms, Schools, Hospitals, Penitentiaries, Country Clubs, etc.

 

Shipping Outside of the Continental US

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location and will require a Shipping Quote.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive shipment notification from via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice please check your spam folders. 


Shipping Damage

LTL Commercial Freight: If Obvious Damage, Engine Not Standing Upright on Pallet and Straps are Missing Please Refuse the Shipment, DO NOT SIGN THE BOL(Bill Of Lading) If BOL is Signed the Customer assumes all responsibility for damage and we can no longer go after Freight Company. If questionable Damage, please accept the freight and write on BOL(Bill of Lading) “Possible Damage, Due to Inspection” Contact us after inspection if there is any actual Damage.

UPS/USPS: If any damage thru UPS or USPS, damage must be reported to us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please note that some engines that ship UPS may have some oil on the outside of the package. This is very common due to the engine not standing upright thru the UPS system. This does not mean it is damaged and should be fully intact inside our custom foam. If Major box damage and obvious signs of engine damage, Please refuse the package.

 

Shipping Error

If you receive an incorrect part and it is our fault, please contact us ASAP and we will get you a Prepaid Label to return it. Please note this is not the same as ordering wrong. If the item was ordered wrong, please see the Returns Section.
